We answer during business hours and return every voicemail within 24 hours. You'll usually get a rough cost range on that first call, and a written estimate follows within three to five business days once we've walked the property.

Helpful Details When You Get in Touch
- The property address and, for gates, the opening width and whether it's swing or slide.
- For a repair, the controller brand if you know it — DoorKing, LiftMaster, Linear or HySecurity — and what the system is doing (or not doing).
- For access control, roughly how many users need to be admitted and whether you want card, keypad, telephone entry or a mix.
- For camera systems, how many viewpoints you're trying to cover and whether you need remote viewing.
- Whether you need pedestrian access alongside vehicle access, and any deadline the property is working to.
None of it is required to get an estimate started — a phone call with an address is enough — but it helps us put a real figure in front of you rather than a placeholder.
