Controlled Entry Specialists is an excellent company with great customer service. It appears to be a small company who answers calls every time I have called. Vanessa is so professional, sweet and reassuring, and Mike was so patient and helpful.

Had my gate control system replaced last March, 2021 and could not be happier, however this May 2022 for some reason I lost power to the gate and CES came out almost as soon as I called, they replaced the batteries, but determined I needed the electrician to get the power back to the system. Once power was restored I continued to have issues, it was with the network bridge and was easily and quickly resolved by owner Mike and Guermo.

They really helped me when I was desperate, and Vanessa was like my lifeline back to sanity. Thank you to both Vanessa and Mike for your kindness and assistance to get my gate back to working perfectly!

I could not be happier with the service I received from CES. The property management company provided me with their information to assist me in getting remotes for our gated community. I had them in 2 days. I worked with both Vanessa and Mike to have them programmed. They were wonderful and very friendly.
