Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
That depends on the system we specify for you. Tell us how you want to view the footage — on site, from a computer, or remotely — and we will design around that requirement rather than sell you something that does not do it.
How many cameras do I need?
Fewer than most people expect, placed properly. We would rather cover the four positions that matter than sell you twelve that overlap. The free estimate includes a walk of the property.
Do you service cameras you did not install?
Yes. We install, maintain and customize video security systems, and we are happy to look at an existing system that is no longer doing its job.
Are the cameras covered by a warranty?
Warranties are available for our security products — call us for details on the specific equipment in your quote.
Can video surveillance work with my gate or access control?
Yes, and it usually should. Cameras at a controlled entry point tell you who used a code or card, not just that it was used. We install all three system types, so integration is part of the same conversation.
